Yes – the person picking up the packet(s) will need the participant’s name.
General Public Parking
Limited general public parking will be available in the parking lots surrounding the Acme Brick Co. building next to the race course. Volunteers will be directing cars to available spots. Carpooling is encouraged. There is construction in the area around the Acme Brick Co. building, so please be careful and read the posted signage of where to park as well.
VIP and Handicap Parking
VIP parking is limited to those who purchased a VIP pass online in advance. Please bring your VIP parking pass (located in your packet) and show upon arrival. Limited handicap parking is also available in this area. Handicap parking will be permitted with a valid handicap tag or license plate.
The first 800 5K runners will receive a R2RT finisher medal upon completion of their 5K race.
The first 500 participants in the 1 mile fun run/walk will receive a R2RT finisher medal upon completion of the race.
Every participant in the R2RT will receive a FREE Memory Holder. The Memory Holder fits a 4x6 photo. You can place a photo of a loved one that you are racing in memory of in the holder. If you do not have a photo you can visit our Memory Holder table on race day and decorate a 4x6 card to place in your memory holder to remember your loved one.
Yes, we offer age group medals for the top three finishers in each age group in the 5K. All age group awards can be picked-up at the event after the completion of the 5K. Age group awards not picked-up on race day will be available at The WARM Place.

Participants can register to become fundraisers during the registration process. Individuals and teams can fundraise for The WARM Place and any individual or team who raises over $300 will be recognized as a WARM Place Warrior.
WARM Place Warriors received a commemorative prize and are recognized live at the event on race day!
*NEW* Become a WARM Place Champion!
In 2023, the fundraising from our WARM Place Warriors blew us away and we had to create a new level! Participants can register to become fundraisers during the registration process. Individuals and teams can fundraise for The WARM Place and any individual or team who raises $1,000+ will be WARM Place Champions, recognized at the event on March 2nd and will receive a custom R2RT gift!

The R2RT will provide water and snacks for our participants at no charge.
The Kid Zone is an area with fun activities for everyone in the family! We’ll have a bounce house, face painting, a balloon artist, bubbles, and more! We hope you stick around for the fun!
Yes, there is a $10.00 registration fee and all well trained, friendly dogs on leashes (max. 3 ft.) are welcome and MUST line up at the back of the starting line. Owners maintain responsibility for their pets. Runners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs.
Yes, we have lots of walkers. All walkers MUST start at the back of the pack to allow the competitive runners to start the race.
No, because they travel at a higher speed, for the safety of others, rollerblades, Heelys, roller skates, scooters and bicycles are not allowed at the R2RT.
Absolutely, strollers are welcome and participants with strollers MUST line up at the back of the starting line.
In general, no matter what the weather, the R2RT will go on! Only severe lightning will delay the event. Our paramount concern is the safety of our participants.
